Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once this notification has been made, the consumer has an additional 14 calendar days to return the goods.

Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 days to return this item. Please note that all return shipping costs are fully at the customer's expense and will not be refunded.

To exercise your right of return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you are entitled to unpack and try the item to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary for this purpose. If the item is returned altered, worn, or without its original packaging, you will not lose your right to a return, but you may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods, and a reasonable compensation corresponding to the actual damage may be deducted from your refund.

The easiest way to start a return is to log into your customer account here: https://shopradhadesh.myshopify.com/account, go to your order history, select the order, and click on 'Request Items'. Alternatively, you can also start a return by contacting us at returns@radhadesh.com or by filling out this Withdrawal Form.

Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, you may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return. We will automatically process your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days in accordance with applicable consumer law. When you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping costs you paid for the delivery (up to the amount of our standard shipping option). If the returned product has suffered a reduction in value due to inappropriate handling, we will notify you of the corresponding deduction before issuing the remaining balance. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
