SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Belgium
- France
- Germany
- Netherlands
If your country is not listed above, feel free to contact us. We may be able to ship to your location, or your country may be in the process of being added to our shipping destinations. We'd be happy to check for you!
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via Bpost.
Customers may choose between:
- Home delivery
- Local pickup (if available at checkout)
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 8 business days.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times apply after the order has been shipped and are based on Bpost’s estimated delivery times:
- Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Netherlands: 2–3 business days
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- France: up to 10 business days
These are standard delivery times, however in exceptional cases delivery may take up to 10 business days.
During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, sales periods, strikes, or exceptional events), delivery times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight
- Destination country
Rates are those applied by Bpost.
Belgium
- 0–2 kg: €7.10
- 2–5 kg: €7.85
- 5–10 kg: €8.65
- Free shipping is offered for orders over €50
France, Germany & Netherlands
- 0–5 kg: €16.50
Shipping rates are subject to change and will always be displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Digital Products (Gift Vouchers)
Gift vouchers are digital products.
They are delivered by email after order confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on internal handling.
7. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external circumstances beyond our control.
8. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at the following address:

Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for collection.
